Whether you prefer straightforward win/lose bets or more strategic multi-leg options, a888 offers the full range of bet types across all sports categories.
| Bet Type | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Moneyline | Pick which team or player wins the match outright. The simplest and most common bet type — great for beginners and experienced bettors alike. |
| Point Spread | The favourite must win by more than the spread; the underdog can lose by less than the spread and still cover. Common in basketball and American football. |
| Over / Under (Totals) | Bet on whether the combined score or stat of a game goes over or under a set number. Works across basketball points, football goals, tennis games, and more. |
| Asian Handicap | A handicap is applied to even out mismatched teams. Eliminates the draw option in football and gives more balanced odds on both sides of the market. |
| Parlay / Accumulator | Combine two or more selections into one bet. All legs must win for the bet to pay out, but the potential return is significantly higher than single-game bets. |
| Live In-Play | Place bets after a match has started with real-time odds. Available for basketball, football, tennis, esports, and other major sports on the a888 platform. |
| Outright / Futures | Bet on who will win a tournament, league, or championship before it concludes — such as PBA Philippine Cup champion, FIFA World Cup winner, or MLB World Series. |
| Player Props | Bet on specific player performances — points scored, assists, rebounds in basketball; goals, cards, or shots in football; aces or breaks in tennis. |
